Tim Kochenderfer is a playwright, comedy writer, and executive producer. His plays have been performed hundreds of times across the United States and around the world. His work is published by Playscripts Inc., Brooklyn Publishers, Smith & Kraus, and Cracked.com. Mr. Kochenderfer is executive producer at WXYZ, the ABC affiliate in Detroit, where he won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award, 11 Emmy awards, and numerous awards from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Associated Press. A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Kochenderfer lives in the Detroit area with his wife Karen and daughter Ava June.
