Most of the time, being a hipster panda in a zoo is a pretty good gig. Bai Bao, Zhen Zhen, and Lee spend up to 16 hours a day eating, eight hours a day sleeping, and almost zero hours moving. During mating season, however, their frenemy, Dave the Researcher starts to push the pandas to put down the mahjong tiles, stop arguing about indie rock, and start getting frisky. In Perpetuation, three pandas and one scientist learn what it takes to make a connection, and perhaps save the species.
