| Edith Tarbescu studied playwriting at the Yale School of Drama. She has had productions in regional theatres as well as Off Broadway, at venues such as A Creative Space, Love Creek, Westbeth Theater, etc. Mother's Day, a ten-minute play, was produced at The Source Theatre (Washington, D.C.) and at The Rep (Milwaukee). Her play for children, Annushka's Voyage, was adapted from her picture book of the same title published by Houghton Mifflin. Her latest work is a one-woman show titled Suffer Queen. She's an ex-New Yorker who now lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
