| Alice Tuan was seen in the 2007 Humana Festival with her collaboration on Batch with New Paradise Laboratories. She also authored Last of the Suns (Ma-Yi Theater Company, Berkeley Repertory Theatre), Ikebana (East West Players/Taper, Too), Some Asians (Perishable Theatre, University of Massachusetts at Amherst), The Roaring Girle (Foundry Theatre) and the hypertext play Coastline (Serious Play! Ensemble, Edinburgh Fringe). Ajax (por nobody), presented by New York's Flea Theater, performed at Melbourne Fringe in 2001, and is archived in the Billy Rose Collection at Lincoln Center. F.E.T.C.H. and Coco Puffs were seen at previous Humana Festivals. She received emerging artist notice from the Colbert Award for Excellence for as well as the Richard E. Sherwood Award. Ms. Tuan holds an M.F.A. in creative writing from Brown University. |
